Within this company, I closely work with the European Union delegation of the Ivory Coast for which I am in charge of the security of its different established locations as well as their agents and civil servants.
My missions:
- Operational Management of the whole personnel (about 80 persons)
- Assertion of a good operational level of its personnel (education, training and updating skills.)
- Application of contractual obligations between the customer and the company
- Gathering and transmission of information relating to the local domain of security
- Technical know-how on the improvement of safety measures
- Preparation, monitoring and updating of material and conduct to be held as part of the security measures and evacuation plan.
1988 - 2007MANAGEMENT SKILLS:
• Leading team management (up to 120 persons), planning and work organization (realisation of personnel timetable)
• Preparation and conducting specialized training courses.
• Follow-up of staffs’ career perspective and attendant measures towards civil life
MANAGEMENT OF LOGISTIC POLE:
• Management and coordination of several working teams (30 staffs), realization of staff schedule.
• Organization and management of a ammunitions and spare parts distribution pole for a military unit of 900 persons.
• Control and standards preservation storage and distribution installations.
• Keeping up to date accounting details, by taking into account the official bills and relatives
• Development of Staff and freight transport plans
• Supervising motor vehicle fleet and maintenance control (approximately 20 vehicles among which VL, PL, TMD and TC).
RESPONSIBLE OF MINE CLEARANCE CONSTRUCTION SITES:
• Technical advisor at a decision-making level in mine clearance.
• Supervisor for mine clearance construction sites (approximately 25 staffs) in France and abroad (notably Afghanistan).
• Training and supervision of mine clearance experts.
• Awareness campaign on the danger of mines and ammunitions for civil and military publics.

• Supervision of logistical and technical missions (notably in mine clearance) in about ten countries (Europe, Asia and Africa).
