-2006: Opening of a new office in Cameroon

-2003 : Establishment of a Tema’s office branch in Ghana : team of 17 persons controlling imports of our Ghanaian and sub-regional customers ( from Mali and Burkina Faso) such as : sugar, rice, fruits, frozen goods and cement. In contact with the company’s lawyer, my mission consisted of wording legal status, leasing contracts, payroll management and the granting of a permission and registration of port authorities for an access to harbor facilities.
-2002 : Diversification strategy of local insurance market and other companies: surveying of damages and exercising cases in the automobile sector and in aerial freight (medical drugs, cosmetics, technologies). Creation of the company’s image and its website.
-2001 : Opening of a new agency in San Pedro – Côte d’Ivoire. Management of legal and administration report procedures. Installation of a laboratory for rice and cocoa in Abidjan and San Pedro.
-2000 : Restructuration of the Abidjan office branch : creation of new financial and administrative and account procedures. Regularization of the fiscal and social status including the dismissal and / or the renewal of employees’ contracts, development of the computer software and the selection of legal and banking consultants.

1995 – February 2000 Sub Saharan Africa Data Management Group Supervisor - REUTERS – Côte d’Ivoire –

Creation of the Data Management Group in Abidjan reporting to the Geneva main office. This service centralizes stock market data of currencies and African commodities such as cocoa, coffee, cotton, timber, rubber, she nuts between 28 stringers and 51 contributors. Management of the DMG team (4 persons in Abidjan, 1 in Nairobi – Kenya and 1 in Lagos - Nigeria). Negotiations of contributor’s contracts between Africa and Europe. Since 1996, this service became the leading satellite service for commodities sold by Reuters in Africa and it is now the first one on the Reuters ‘ intranet.
